shops are fully equipped with all necessary machine
tools to undertake a complete range of engineering
work on all types and makes of main and auxiliary
engines, both diesel and turbine installations, including
minor and major lathe work, machine turning and boring
lathe, plane and surface grinding, balancing work,
dressing of bearings, annealing, overhauling of all types
of control gear units for hydraulics, pneumatics, steam
and water, etc.

Our daily program includes the repair and overhauling
of engines, engine posts and equipment as shafts,
propellers, rudder systems, diesel engines of all sizes
turbines, pumps, compressors, turbochargers, evaporators, cranes, winches, control armatures for hydraulic, pneumatic, steam and water as well as armatures of all kind.

In our diesel engine shop the specialists of Lloyd Werft
are able to overhaul engines of any size. As the complete shipyard our machine shop is also certified according to DIN ISO 9001 since 1995.
